Little Italy's signature sauce is the perfect fusion of freshly prepared tomato sauce and rich cream, creating a harmonious blend that delivers a creamy yet tangy culinary experience.

Pack Size: 380gm

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Acasa Rose Pink Sauce
  • 1 package Acasa Ravioli Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe:

Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the Acasa Ravioli Pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. While the ravioli is cooking, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the Acasa Rose Pink Sauce to the skillet, stirring occasionally until it begins to simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese, continuing to cook until the sauce is smooth and well combined. Once the ravioli is cooked, drain and gently add it to the skillet with the sauce, tossing carefully to coat the pasta evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the Ravioli Del Barone hot, garnished with fresh parsley. This luxurious dish pairs perfectly with a crisp white wine and a side of steamed vegetables or garlic bread for an indulgent meal.
