  1. Bring water to a boil after adding salt (use 3/4 of a pot of water per 200g package; salt to taste).
  2. Place the gnocchi into the boiling water and stir gently.
  3. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Strain the water.
  5. Toss with your favourite Acasa Sauce and enjoy β€” or simply mix through the pesto that comes with the pack, finished with parmesan and black pepper.
